About Me
I'm a Solutions Engineer (pre-sales) with 10+ years of experience across Fintech, Payments, and SaaS, currently helping enterprise retail clients in APAC evaluate and adopt loyalty platforms.
What makes my approach unusual: I spent most of my career on the other side of the table. As a Product Manager, I was the person SEs were presenting to, which means I understand how enterprise buyers evaluate software, what objections look like from the inside, and how to frame a solution around business outcomes rather than features.
Previously at Mastercard, I led product management across APAC, launching global payment card benefit products and driving digital transformation initiatives.
